If your fruit arrives in damaged condition, please contact us immediately and we will make it right with you.

We offer you the choice of USPS and UPS services. You will receive three confirmations: an order confirmation immediately upon purchase, a confirmation when your order is shipped and a confirmation when your order is delivered. Welcome to Dickinson Family Farms

We are a family-owned operation and we sell a variety of organic fruit based in Southern California. We partner with local organic farmers to create sustainability and support within the local farm community.

In addition to our vision for excellent agricultural services, another dream has come to life in the last couple of years through expanding the business into organic produce processing and distribution.

Both our processing warehouse and business office were built by the family on the farm property in the Fall of 2020. Each harvest of fresh produce is hand-picked from local growers, carefully inspected, and re-packaged for deliveries nationwide.

Dickinson Family Farms is not just a name. We are fourth generation farmers with great grandparents, grandparents, parents and grandchildren all involved in the farming operations and fruit sales. We take pride in what we do and how we do it. Because this is not just a business to us, it is an extension of our family, and the long tradition of family values rooted in hard work, honesty, integrity and our faith as followers of Jesus Christ.

When you eat a piece of fruit from DFF you can taste the difference. All our fruit is organically grown, hand picked and hand sorted.  We do not use machinery to sort and grade our fruit, it is all done by well trained team members who can see the difference between good fruit and marginal fruit. Our amazing team is encouraged to eat the fruit they sort and appreciate the variety of flavors.

Sustainability, Regeneration, Organic, Zero Waste are all terms thrown around in farming these days. At Dickinson Family Farms we try to simply be good stewards of the land God has given us, responsively farming it and giving back to the community as best we can. It is as simple as that. Anything not sold or given away to food ministries is composted  and used to increase the microbes and carbon in the soil, provide nutrition for the trees and fortify the soil against erosion, and better water retention. We do not use livestock to regenerate the soil in the same way some farms do but we do use animal manure from our own farm and other local farms mixed with food waste, green waste and carbon, to spread under our trees and surrounding soil. It is our own way of regenerating our land, feeding our trees and farming responsibly.

We partner with many organic farms within a 50 mile radius of our processing facility, each farm grows to our same standards and understands when their fruit is at its best for harvest. Like our many customers, we look forward to each varietal season. Saying goodbye to one variety as another comes in.  Sometimes it is sad to have to wait another year before we taste our favorite Mandarin, Navel or Avocado, but it marks the beginning of a new variety. Filled with memories of the past and hope and promise for the future, all initiated simply by the taste of a piece of fruit.
