Organic Yellow Passion Fruit

Bright "burst in your mouth" kind of flavor is the defining quality of our yellow passionfruit. Acidic, tart and sweet with loads of juice, our Yellow passionfruit is larger in size than the purple (Fredericks) variety. Grown on our certified organic ranch in Fallbrook, CA. 

The vigorous vines respond with incredible growth and fruit production to the long hours of sunlight in our region. Passionfruit vines are suspended on specially designed trellises to help them set maximum fruit and allow for easy harvesting. 

Passionfruit is sweet and tangy with small edible seeds that provide a nice texture. Simply cut in half and scoop out the pulp with seeds. It's delicious on yogurt, in smoothies, in preserves, as a juice, and other ice cream. Passionfruit is high in antioxidants such as Vitamin C and A. It is also high in fiber and magnesium. It can help promote effective digestion, provide immune system support, and help build healthy skin.
